The fine print, in plain words

These terms apply when you use ghisai.in or buy from GHISAI, a brand of AK Tech, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our shipping policy, refund and exchange policy and privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Using the store

  • You must be 18 or older, or use the store with a parent or guardian's consent.
  • Don't misuse the site: no fake orders, scraping, hacking, or interfering with how it works.

2. Products

  • We try to show colours and details accurately. Screens vary, so the real colour can look slightly different.
  • Measurements are given in centimetres, laid flat, and can vary by up to 1 to 2 cm because each piece is cut and stitched by hand.
  • We make each design in batches of 50. We may limit how many pieces one customer can buy. Dates for the next batch are estimates.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping is free within India.
  • Prices can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • If a price or listing is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • We accept prepaid payments, and Cash on Delivery only with a ₹100 advance paid online.

4. Orders

  • An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order before dispatch if the item is out of stock, the address can't be served, or the order looks fraudulent. You get a full refund if we do.
  • We may call or message you to confirm a COD order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

5. Intellectual property

The GHISAI name, logo, designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to AK Tech. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions, natural events or government action. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
