1. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in India.

2. When it ships

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • During a drop launch, dispatch can take up to 3 working days. We will tell you if it does.

3. When it arrives

Metro cities 2 to 4 working days
Rest of India 3 to 6 working days
North East, J&K, Ladakh, islands and remote pincodes up to 10 working days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and festivals can add delays.

4. How you pay

  • Prepaid: UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Pay in full at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery with ₹100 advance: pay ₹100 online at checkout and the rest to the courier on delivery. The advance is part of the order price, not an extra fee. It keeps fake orders away so we can keep prices honest.

We do not offer COD without the advance.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships you get a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. If you have not received it within 3 working days of ordering, write to us.

6. Delivery problems

  • The courier makes up to 3 delivery attempts. Please keep your phone reachable.
  • If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, see the cancellation section of our refund and exchange policy.
  • If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, you can refuse delivery, or accept it and report it to us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Please check your address and pincode carefully at checkout. We can change the address only before dispatch.

7. International orders

We ship within India only, for now.
